Carriage Rides

PURE ROMANCE IN THE WINTERLAND LECH

Your hosts, the Schuler family, in addition to mountain farming, was already involved in providing transportation for winter visitors as early as the 1920s; they kept horses and used a carriage to transport guests and luggage from Langen to Lech along the Flexen road, which was often endangered by avalanches.

Today carriage rides are for pure pleasure. The Lech couple Josef and Anna Stöckler and their beautiful black Noriker introduce you to the charm of slowness. What could be more romantic than gliding through the snow-covered winter landscape around Lech with your loved ones and enjoying comfortable relaxation at the same time?

You can find more information about Josef and Anna’s carriage rides here and we would be happy to advise you personally at reception!

And after the ride?

Classic sweet treat

Take a seat in the cosy Walser Stube, breathe deeply and expect only the best from the madlochBlick kitchen in Lech. Warm strudel fresh from the oven with homemade vanilla sauce, prepared with love, will beguile you after a trip through the winter forest!
