Arrival / Departure

On the day of your arrival your rooms will be ready for you from 3 p.m. If you plan to arrive later, we would welcome a brief message to that effect so that we can get everything ready for you. We will be happy to make a note of your wishes regarding rooms and floors when booking. For our guests, we make the impossible possible.

TIP: During the winter months the route between Lech and Warth is always closed. Many satnav systems don’t know about this! Please check.

Activities

At the hotel we offer yoga, Jin Shin Jyutsu, meditation and much more. We are happy to organise snowshoe hikes, carriage rides through the winter forest (picnic basket and mulled wine on request), tennis lessons, ski and cross-country instructors, winter hikes, tobogganing, indoor skating, bowling for the whole family, and don’t forget the skiing :)! Reservations can be made at reception at any time. Talk to us!

CHECK in / CHECK out

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11 am. If you would like to check out differently, we will be happy to provide help and advice at reception.

Should you wish to arrive very early on your day of arrival, you are welcome to do so. If you wish, you can have breakfast with us before you plunge into your day of snow fun. Please book in advance! A logistical tip: since your luggage will be waiting for you in the car, please pack a separate ski bag so that you can quickly change for the slopes. On arrival and departure days there is a lot going on, some arrive early, others leave late.

Additional information for pets – Voila!

We would like to mention a few rules out of consideration for other guests:

  • Please do not take your four-legged friends to the Restaurant/Walser Stube or the wellness area.
  • If a dog stays alone in the room, hang the sign “Please do not disturb” – so that HouseKeeping is informed.
  • Bed, bathtub and shower are taboo for the four-legged friend.
  • Extra towels are available at the reception.

Travel cancellation insurance

Unexpected things sometimes come up.

Ski pass 

We can print your ski pass directly at reception. That way you don’t have to wait at the lift and can enjoy your Ski in & Ski out advantage directly from the hotel out into the winter wonderland. 

Cancellations 

Cancellations can only be accepted in writing. In the event of cancellation, the AGBH, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions, shall apply. 

– up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total package price 

– up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total package price 

– in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price
