Arrival / Departure
On the day of your arrival your rooms will be ready for you from 3 p.m. If you plan to arrive later, we would welcome a brief message to that effect so that we can get everything ready for you. We will be happy to make a note of your wishes regarding rooms and floors when booking. For our guests, we make the impossible possible.
TIP: During the winter months the route between Lech and Warth is always closed. Many navigation systems don’t know about this! Please check.
Activities
At the hotel we offer yoga, Jin Shin Jyutsu, meditation and much more. We are happy to organize snowshoe hikes, carriage rides through the winter forest (picnic basket and mulled wine on request), tennis lessons, ski and cross-country instructors, winter hikes, tobogganing, indoor skating, bowling for the whole family, and don’t forget the skiing :)! Reservations can be made at reception at any time. Talk to us!

CHECK in / CHECK out
We are happy to place your reserved rooms at your disposal from 3 p.m. at the latest on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive sooner or later, please send us a short message. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor. The full room price will be charged, even if you arrive late in the day. If you decide to check out early, 80% of the room price will be charged.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11 a.m. at the latest – we are happy to hold your luggage for you if you depart later.
Additional information for pets – Voila!
We would like to mention a few rules out of consideration for other guests:
- Please do not take your four-legged friends to the Restaurant/Walser Stube or the wellness area.
- If a dog stays alone in the room, hang the sign “Please do not disturb” – so that HouseKeeping is informed.
- Bed, bathtub and shower are taboo for the four-legged friend.
- Extra towels are available at the reception.

Travel cancellation insurance
Unexpected things may come up sometimes.
We would like to draw your attention to the policies offered by the European Travel Insurance company. This is an attractive solution.
Because something can always happen: In addition to cancellation protection, Hotel Cancellation PLUS offers assistance and support with regard to your hotel stay for up to 31 days – such as in event of trip interruption, involuntary holiday extension or distress in the mountains. A lot can happen before a trip begins: Hotel Cancellation PREMIUM covers the costs if you are forced to unexpectedly cancel your trip due to a sudden, severe illness by a family member or if you suddenly have to interrupt the trip. Further information you will find here.

Ski pass
We can print your ski pass directly at reception. That way you don’t have to wait at the lift and can enjoy your Ski in & Ski out advantage directly from the hotel out into the winter wonderland.
Cancellations
Cancellations can only be accepted in writing. In the event of cancellation, the AGBH, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions, shall apply.
Our cancellation policy:
- up to 3 months before the day of arrival no cancellation fee
- from 3 to 1 month before the day of arrival 40 % of the total package
- from 1 month up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total package price
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total package price
- no show or early departure 100 % of the total package price

Information on HotelCancellation Plus
This are the general terms and cancellation conditions (AGBH) from Austria. But of course we try to rent out the rooms so that in case of cancellation there are no costs for you. However, we ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee this, hence the cancellation conditions so that we can also plan.
