The Arlberg is known for its abundant snow. What guarantees the finest skiing pleasure on the slopes can sometimes make the roads more challenging. Please make sure your car is equipped with winter tyres. At times, snow chains are mandatory in winter, so please do not forget to pack them. We wish you a pleasant journey. Soon, you will experience snow from its most beautiful side.
madlochBlick is always easy to reach on cleared roads. You can park your car conveniently in the underground garage, from where you can reach your hotel room directly by underground passage, dry and protected, right by the ski slope. Once you have arrived in your room, the first thing to enjoy is the breathtaking view of the Lech mountain world. By the way, madlochBlick takes its name from the alpine area that you can see directly from the hotel.
Arrival by car
madlochBlick is always easy to reach on cleared roads. You can park your car conveniently in the underground garage, from where you can reach your room directly, dry-footed and via an underground passage, right by the ski slope.

More InformationDirections in Lech: Drive through the centre of Lech to the bridge, the wooden bridge and modern bridge, then turn left and continue uphill towards Almhof Schneider. Hotel & Chalet madlochBlick is located just above. Please park your car in front of the entrance. Our caretaker will be happy to take care of your luggage and drive your car into the underground garage.
Winter tyres & snow chains: The Arlberg is known for its abundant snow. What guarantees the finest skiing pleasure on the slopes can sometimes be challenging on the roads. Please make sure that your vehicle is equipped with winter tyres. At times, snow chains are mandatory in winter, so please do not forget to bring them. We wish you a safe journey.
Do not forget your vignette: Motorways in Austria are subject to tolls. Vignettes are available at border crossings, petrol stations, post offices, tobacconists, from your automobile club and from Lech Zürs Tourism.

If you travel by car, you can park conveniently in our own underground garage, from where you can reach your room directly. Your underground parking space is included in the price.
Arrival by train
Langen am Arlberg railway station: 17 km, regular taxi and bus connections, transfer time approx. 20 minutes.
St. Anton railway station: 25 km, regular taxi and bus connections, transfer time approx. 30 minutes.
Tip: With the winter sports combined ticket, you can travel to Austria sustainably. Ski Arlberg cooperates with ÖBB and offers several discounts.
