Stuben sauna
Warmth, peace and a touch of alpine coziness. In our Stuben sauna, you can wonderfully unwind after an eventful day in the mountains, warm your body through and recharge with new energy. A soothing classic for relaxing sauna moments.

Flower bath
Gentle warmth and a particularly pleasant atmosphere make our flower bath a place for quiet feel-good moments. Ideal if you prefer something a little milder and simply want to take time to relax and let go.

Crystal steam bath
Warm steam envelops the body, while the high humidity creates a particularly gentle feeling of warmth. The crystal steam bath is a wonderful alternative to the classic sauna and invites you to relax your muscles, breathe deeply and leave everyday life behind for a moment.

Brine bath
Breathe deeply and enjoy the special atmosphere. In the brine bath, pleasant warmth combines with salt-enriched air. Especially after an active day in the clear mountain air of Lech, this is felt to be particularly soothing. The fine brine atmosphere is pleasant for the respiratory system and makes the brine bath a special place for relaxation and regeneration.

Cold air room
After soothing warmth comes refreshing cooling. The cold air room creates a conscious contrast to the sauna session, revitalises the body and leaves you feeling pleasantly refreshed. Especially beneficial between the individual heat treatments.

Infrared room
Soothing infrared warmth allows the body to relax in a gentle and pleasant way. The warmth is felt directly on the body and is experienced by many as particularly deep and relaxing. Perfect after a long day of skiing or a winter hike, when muscles and body long for warmth.

Relaxation rooms with open fire
And afterwards? Simply stay where you are. In our relaxation rooms, you can make yourself comfortable, watch the open fire and let the warmth linger a little longer. A place to read, doze, dream or simply do nothing. In the heart of Lech, yet completely with yourself.

Sauna opening hours

The sauna is open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On days with poor weather, we open earlier. Further information is available at reception.
