The basis of all our dishes is high-quality produce and, whenever possible, regional ingredients. Eggs, butter, cheese and meat come from farms in the region. Bread and pastries come from the local bakery. Mama Schuler’s jams are homemade, and in summer, we pick herbal teas ourselves. Other ingredients come from different corners of the world and are an important part of our international cuisine. Carefully selected and sourced, they complete the haute cuisine experience in the madlochBlick restaurant.

A delicious breakfast buffet with numerous organic products from the region, homemade jams, finely sliced fresh fruit, lovingly prepared Bircher muesli, fresh bread from the bakery in Lech, homemade Gugelhupf, freshly squeezed ginger shot, warm breakfast dishes, juice bar, various spreads and delicious natural products accompany you throughout the week.

Little ones get hungry earlier. With advance notice, your children can dine as early as 6:30 p.m. You can conveniently choose from the children’s menu or evening menu. Please let us know your wishes at reception.
