Seasonal and regional refinement is reflected in the cuisine of our restaurant in Lech. Prepared with love and a touch of creativity. Enjoy culinary delights, fine wines and a wonderful view of the village.
With us, hotel guests are just as welcome as external guests. Our cuisine is not only available as part of our indulgent half board. We also serve selected à la carte dishes at lunchtime and in the evening.
We are happy to accommodate special dietary preferences, such as vegan or vegetarian cuisine, as well as intolerances including lactose, gluten or histamine intolerance. Please let us know when making your reservation.
Regional cuisine with love for detail
Varied regional specialties and international influences shape our cuisine. We place particular importance on high-quality ingredients and careful preparation.
The basis of all our dishes is high-quality and, whenever possible, regional produce. We source eggs, butter, cheese and meat from farms in the region, while bread and pastries come from the local bakery. Our jams are homemade by Mama Schuler, and the herbs for our teas are picked by us in summer.
Our breakfast buffet
In the morning, a varied breakfast buffet awaits you with numerous organic products from the region, homemade jams, fresh fruit, Bircher muesli, fresh bread from the bakery in Lech and homemade Gugelhupf. Warm breakfast dishes, a juice bar, various spreads and a freshly prepared ginger shot are also part of the morning experience.
Lunch and afternoon menu
Whether you are returning from a beautiful winter walk or stopping by directly on your skis, our afternoon menu offers a selection of dishes and small bites for in between. At lunchtime, we also serve regional dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients and great care. Our offer is open to hotel guests, day guests and locals alike.
5-course evening menu
In the evening, you can enjoy a 5-course gourmet menu. Look forward to crisp, colourful salads from the buffet, selected soups, creative starters, three exquisite main courses to choose from, a sweet finale and a cheese selection from the buffet.

With advance notice, your children can dine as early as 6:30 p.m. You can choose from the children’s menu or the evening menu. Please let us know your wishes at reception.
